What Personal Data We Process
- Name and email address of account holders and drivers
- Vehicle GPS location and trip history
- Driver GPS location (only while the mobile app is actively tracking)
- OBD2 diagnostic data linked to your vehicle
- Fuel log data including photos, location, and AI-extracted readings
Legal Bases
- Contract performance — providing the fleet management service you subscribed to
- Legitimate interest — security monitoring, fraud prevention
- Legal obligation — tax-compliant mileage records where required by law
Data Storage
All data is stored in the European Union (Microsoft Azure Switzerland North or West Europe regions). No personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA without adequate safeguards.
