Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By using Koordinat you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and contact us to cancel your subscription.
2. The Service
Koordinat provides fleet management software including GPS tracking, automated mileage logging, OBD2 diagnostics, and driver mobile tools. The service is provided on a subscription basis to business customers.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at per@schondell.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4. Acceptable Use
- Use the service only for lawful fleet management purposes
- Do not reverse-engineer, copy, or resell any part of the platform
- Do not submit false data (e.g. manipulated fuel log photos)
- Do not attempt to access other customers' data
5. Driver App
Drivers using the CoordinateTracker app consent to their GPS location being transmitted to their employer's fleet management account while tracking is active. Tracking is manual and can be stopped at any time.
6. Subscription and Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly per vehicle. Prices are shown at sign-up and may change with 30 days' notice. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
7. Hardware Device
The OBD2 tracker device is sold separately. The device remains your property. We are not liable for vehicle damage caused by improper installation.
8. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of your fleet data. Upon cancellation you may export your data for 30 days before it is deleted.
9. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is capped at the fees you paid in that period.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Stockholm District Court.
11. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
